The Problem With Bias in Law Enforcement Data
Bias is in our systems because let's face it as humans we make terrible decisions we are not necessarily morally great so all of our existing data has our existing social discriminations and biases incorporated in it. Cleaning it up and getting rid of it is both very difficult and also very related to the purpose of which you are using the data for.
