What Effects Will Ida Have as It Moves Northeast?

Hurricane Ida was 25 miles an hour stronger than catrina. It produced more wind damage, lush more power ratage, but it produced lot less storm surge. The western part of the country is stuck in a prolonged drought that has led to these enormous wild fires. Unprecedented is not a word that is really a strong enough word to describe what's happening.
