Germany Is a High Concentration of Energy Intensity Industries
Germany is very dependent on Russian gas and also has to support a large economy full of energy intensive industries. That's why it's so vulnerable to these higher energy prices because it's such a large part of its economy. Companies have made huge efforts to reduce their energy intake in quite a short amount of time but there are some positive science as well that companies are adapting.
