The Mantra Is a Mind Vehicle
The mantra itself is not used as a focal point, or as something that you would try to concentrate on. It's something akin to being a taxi. The mind begins to experience the mantra. And as the mantra changes in it ound quality, it becomes subtler, fainter and quieter. Those subtler strata of the human mental experience are more charming.
