Korean Natural Farming
In Korea, over in Southeast Asia, they grow a lot of rice. They're not getting the most beneficial guys growing in that relatively simple substrate. And so you're not going to be picking up the beneficial organisms when you throw rice out into your natural systems here in the US. Pick a different food resource. Rice in Korea, fine. That might make a lot of sense although I'd still like to have them do some testing to make sure that they're really getting the mostbeneficial fungi.
