For me, wheni find myself looping over things, i'm almost always augmenting the data or returning something. I don't use for each that much, and i certainly don't use loops that much either. The only time i'm usually reaching for any of them is using four in because it allows you to easily iterate over properties in an object. And so tha, that's like the big thing for me there,. maybe sometimes more often i reach for them, probably even amount if i'm already working with map, filter, whatever, reduce. Then i'll reach for for each and just chain it on the end there. But more often than i find myself needing to do
