How to Draw Shapes in Your Mind

Every morning I was spending about 30 minutes to an hour but if you don't have time 10 minutes is enough and you're mostly working in black and white. Or just look for interesting shapes you're not even necessarily trying to draw anything at all you're just looking for pleasing looking shapes. Like seeing shapes in clouds the clouds won't always make you know the perfect dog but you might end up with a sort of dog hybrid dragon thing that you can see in the shapes that you've made. It's that kind of not thinking is the hardest part of this little exercise not trying to draw something as soon as you try to draw something you lose that sort of flow state.
