I learned pretty quickly, Brett, that I needed to pitch stripe in my own way. If you put me in front of a candidate and I was parroting out Patrick's vision or John's vision, it was not as effective. That version of authentically talking about what the company could be true to my own version of it was really important. And then just never stop the diligence. Do the reference calls.
