Is the Prime Minister Really Emphatic?
The IFS said yesterday, if you really wanted to stabilise the budgetary situation, you'd be looking at about £60 billion of spending cuts. How does this trust get out of it? Liz Trus just didn't answer the question when Kia Stama asked her, did she agree with that? We are absolutely emphatic until such times as we're not emphatic and change our mind and do a u-turn.
