Human Culture Is a Paradox, Isn't It?

I think human culture is ivilizations, in a sense, have developed institutions that are supposed to be the checks on this. Of course, without some collective agreement and and institutions, you can't really do that. You can't build civilization. And so it, it, its strange that there's this paradox an that we both have these institutions that should be in this, but at the same time, many of them go coopted and aren't really doing their job any more.
