Would You Send Up Two or Three People to Mars?
"Would you send up some people, some people before you do this whole architecture for colonizing Mars? Just a handful of people to kind of see what- I mean, the basic game plan is like, we're going to send, um, emission to Mars with every Mars opportunity from 2018 onwards," he says. "If things go according to plan, we should be able to launch people probably in 2024 with arrival in 2025."
