The Battle for Sophia Vigara and Nick Loeb's Embrios May Be Over
In January 2021, nearly six years since the first lawsuit was filed and about eight years since the embryos were created, Nick Loeb lost that appeal as per Page Six. And appeals court has ruled that Nick Loeb's case should be tossed out and that it made a mockery of the Louisiana legal system. With this ruling, there was just that one final lawsuit pending. It was the lawsuit filed by Sophia and her legal team, which sought a permanent injunction to prevent Mr. Loeb from bringing the pre-embrios to term without her express written consent.
