Microsoft's Decision to Appeal the Deal to the CMA
I don't think we should rule out the possibility that the regulators in charge of this deal have sons and daughters who are worried that their favorite games are going to disappear from their favorite console. But I'm not quite sure what concessions Microsoft can offer that it hasn't already offered. It would be as if Netflix owned Paramount and MGM, which actually Amazon owns, and then was going to try to buy a Warner or Time Warner. Who knows? That's where that's where I'm at.
