Timothy felt the same sense of unease spread over him that usually came after an incident. All he could remember with any clarity was saying, oops. He tried to make amends by fixing Esmeralda's foot. Timothy had to stop himself from laughing. This was ridiculous but he tried to go along with it. Now this time, offer to make a man's in addition to apologizing. Apologizing is fine. Sometimes it's all you need. But there are times when you must go a step further and make things right.
