Is There Any Chance of Surviving a Brain Injury?

When you give a best case scenario, you have to be pretty generous. Is this really the best case? I mean, maybe not, but I'm making it a little bit better than I think it's likely to be because I don't know for sure. It's very different from our ability to prognosticate the arc of disease in chronic illness. So that's, I can take much more confidence in my prognostication from that perspective and say almost it doesn't matter what's going on this episode.
