We used to back up the entire day to base. We would do a peg dump every hour and not worry about it, because the cost was so little. That's exactly what we used to do every hour. And when we would have to restore once every in a blue moon, or when we would actualy w test stores more often than we actually would have to restored, it was, again, very simple system. It worked.
