The Barriers to Accessing the Courts From Remote Communities

I'm wondering what barriers or issues you're seeing, outside of broadband. I remember doing reporting years ago about how ever almost everybody has a smartphone. And so there was all this promise that apps were going to solve all the problems of the world. But it's stiff with remote proceedings and video and all the, so many of the requirements. There are equity issues with how you are perceived when you parachute in with low broadbandor some of these other issues. You know, I'm seeing some solutions.
