Using Puzzles to Engage Your Brains
Puzzles give our brains the chance to practise problem solving. They help us think in new ways, and forge new mental connections. If you've got leisure time and can be off screens, try doing a jigsaw puzzle. Or you could do a newspaper crossword or get a book of number puzzles. Even if it is the exact same amount of time, scroll less, puzzle more. You'll feel more brainy and feel like you're spending your ti better.
