Dr. John Brown was probably the most prominent, low-budget gender reassignment surgeon at least in Mexico. The growing list of people crippled and deformed by his work were starting to gain notice and speak out against him. Unfortunately for everyone, Dr. Brown's miniaturization technique had given away to something vastly more horrifying.
