Last year was really hard for me. There was a circumstance that hit me right between the eyes where I had to either stand and do the right thing. And even from the big huge person that was coming for me, it was best for them too, that I stood up. You got to go find people that they don't think they're superior or smarter. They're like, what is your contribution? See, that's the key. That's the key is finding people that are as smart as you are, because they're not smarter.
