The Effect of Exercise on Health

The most health benefit that you're going to actually see, the steepest part of that curve, is going to be in the first 60 minutes. That's different than a training benefit. You're not going to be able to run a marathon at 10 minutes a day, but you'll see some health benefit. The maximum health benefit that we see is about 300 minutes per week for health.
