I think this is much as sort of you can get from top level economic analysis. I think really, modern macroeconomics has basically nothing interesting to say about investment. The idea that government should be deciding what is produced have been out of fashion for a long period of time. Now, look, I think it's coming back in here. This is animal spirits is one part of it. So you need people, you need entrepreneurs to feel like they want something to happen. You know, do we need government involvement? How much government involvement do we need? Can the private sector provide those?
