Do the Two Sides Battle Each Other?

Yokai is a strange japanese folklore, and they've been categorized into many, many things in english. They can be either like tangible, or they cannot be. Do the two sides battle each other, like the constant good versus i did in japan? I didn't see that. But no, i didn't see if they actually fight each others. Like, do they not have their passport? That's a question when i ask you at the end of this, i don't know. And unless you teach me, i'm not acquainted, no. but i'll give my opinion. "I feel lik m going in circles"
