The original DeFi summer happened in 2013. The idea that there would be a second one has been floating around since 2019. Synthetics released their V2 perpetual futures contracts with lowest fees of any centralized exchange anywhere outside of a Perps trading contract. Quentaio Decentrics is developing plans for unique incentives to launch by the end of the month. And it's interesting to think those components have come together now.
