Are You a Good Invester?

The real skill set is, can you manage a project a exactly. Can you talk to people, inventors in a way that makes them want to work with you? Even just the bility to think critically or creatively and have common sense can go a really long way in the investing world. Similar to the data dump, the brain dump that you would have done to document your relationship network, i'd highly recommend doing the same thing for skills that you're good at. And keep that list on hand to periodically revisit to see if you can apply these skills to investing.
