What other transparency do you think or what transparency have been recommended for the Supreme Court to sort of become more transparent? Like I said there's a perfect system but one of the examples like people give the example of the Supreme Court judges of the United States being appointed by the executive behind the scenes. There could be many problems with this also like frivolous objections would come in so then there'll be an argument against this transparency.
