How to Deepen Your Relationships in College

In short, I say someone who knows you well, and ideally someone who has seen you in more than one setting. So it could be a professor who's taught you in multiple classes or served as both an instructor and an advisor on your research. And who is a mentor, maybe someone who has gotten to know you through an extracurricular setting or your advocacy or leadership on campus as well as your academics.
