This might be one of the few cases where the oral argument actually did make a difference, and it's certainly one of those cases. The angry cheer leader case, frankly, was just a fun oral argument for everyone. Ah, ye, here there's a lot more serious stuff at stake. But i'm happy that there are now people on the court who aren't catholic. It's just, it just has to be the rule.
