Did He Have Specific Intent to Engage in Vilence?

I don't, i'm not suggesting that i want him to be federally prosecuted. One of the sort of critical questions is, did he have specific intent to go across state lines and engage in vilence? And i suspect that if you were to access all his texts and meta data and social media posts, that you could probably find evidence of that specific intent.
