I think people dramatically unvalue how much it costs to furnish a house. I was reading Bill Perkins's new book like die was zero and he recommends staging the way you consume based on your life cycle. Like, if you didn't do your job now, how much of what you spend in your consumption is based on your work now? You know, are you commuting to work? You need that car? How much like all of these things that I don't think people really factor in when they're thinking about budgeting.
