The Outer Space Institute's Call to Action on Uncontrolled Reentries

The outer space Institute has published a call to action. The organization is asking some multilateral negotiations on a controlled reentry, reentry agreement. One bad thing happens and it can cause a chain of events that could lead to wiping out huge swaths of orbit. And you know, I think it's obviously it's something that absolutely needs to be done.
