The Black Windmill
The Black Windmill was started by Conrad Shabaker. He and Moses Foe bought a defunct windmill, near Skippel Airport. It looks like he's still owns it, or if anyone's been there since. The Dead Man's Key presumably opens the door to Emphrassound. And that thing that Kennedy said was De Jong killed because of what he would have told me? That seems like a burden. If I'd stayed at home, would he still be alive? Did he have family? Will people miss him? Is it my fault that he's gone now?
