Understanding Blame in Organizational Culture

I explain the dangers of blaming individuals for failures that come from broken processes and highlight the importance of protecting dignity, telling the truth, and investing in those closest to the work. My message is simple: if we want lasting improvement in construction and beyond, we must fix the systems instead of faulting the people.
