How to Be a Successful Editor in Editor
I think one of the interesting questions that we had at Conde Nast these days is what what is an editor in editor 20 years ago was somebody who commissioned shoots and chose photographers. The job now is so much wider they have to be able to do that but also understand digital side of what we do. We look for somebody who has that charisma that'll throw at you that that taste which often boils down to to a good idea. I found starting companies around the world and starting businesses is if you choose the right managing director and the right editor in a market everything else is easy.
