What Does Anxiety Do to Your Body?
Anxiety, at its core, basically wants to protect us from danger. It's sort of an alarm system that goes, wo he what was that? Let's check that out so it doesn't kill us. So you get something that might be just an innocuous, normal, bodily change or sensation, and suddenly anxiety holds up this magnifying glasss what was that anylike, blows it up super huge. And so in a fun way, anxiety, placing all that focus on the sensation can cause it to actually get bigger and get more obvious.
