People tend to project their good side on social media. I find when I know I'm going to be in a deep work mode, I just take the phone away from my person and have it on the other side of the room. There are times I've had to delete the Twitter app completely off my phone. A lot of this comes down to the concept of habits, which is talked about in a book called Atomic Habits by James Clear. When knowing how to be productive, it's important to have an overview of what it is you're actually trying to achieve.
