How to Become a Vice President

When you become a vice president, that's when you can sit on boards usually because it sounds official enough. What are you doing sitting on a board of a company? I still thought it was ridiculous. Like private equity is a very, very lucrative track for kids out of school as right away you're making north of 150 up to 200 maybe and you're like analysts years associate years. And then by the time you're VP, you're making at least 500 K of cash comp plus you have interest, you know, profit sharing the funds.
