I'm pretty bolishd on charter cities. I think we're where the us. Lacks, as our municipal governments aren't very good. If you built a maga city from scratch, and you able to comit, people to move there, i think you have very cheap rents,. You could just take o bicycles and scooters around everywhere. In in the ideal world, with maximum development of montenoso over a long time line, what what you thnk is, like, how many buildings, how many people would be living ind i'm thinking somewhere on like 15 o 20 homes, like cause case i wont do a hilltop community.
