Justification for Quarantine

Inquiry for quarantine would be grounded in some sort of a right of self ance and protection of harm to others. Less dangerous diseases, you know, justify only preventative measures less restrictive than quarantine. The criminal justice system then would have to consider the well being of those we incapacitated. This approach is consistent with alternative measures like supervision or a less invasive ways to protect society.
