The experience started as a heat in my chest, which i initially interpreted as entirely physiological. And at some point a voice in my mind said, this is love. At which point i felt that i went out of my bodyor into an inner space. After what felt like months, but which is probably only a few minutes, i opened my eyes. Body was laughing and crying at the same time. In the days and weeks afterwards, things around me seemed new, as if i had just been reborn into the world. This experience was, nd remains probably, the most meaningful moment of my life.
