The US Navy Captated the USS Cole and 10 People Died.
The USS Cole was attacked by al-Qaeda in October of 2001, year prior to 9-11. The United States knew about the attack and they had a greater agenda, which was to get into Yemen. They were going to put in a major military presence that would govern Yemen's relations with Saudi Arabia. This is what we would eventually call a false flag attack.
