We hear of so many cases of 60 or 70 year olds being sold ulips, for instance. What i am coming from is that we have to set the goal for the team as a whole to think about the user from a user's empthy perspective. For example, you want to ensure that people are aware of what they are investing in before they actually invested. A very good example for this is nudged by zero tho, i don't kno if you have seen that. So they provide nudges on kite when the user is transacting something that has no certain red flag or certain thing.
