The bigger the data, the more we're striving for end-to-end velocity and iteration or reasonable scale. The other thing that you need to consider is how many people literally do you have in your team? You never really train on the entire terabyte scale. People at reasonable scale get marginal value from their models - good, but not billion dollars good.
