CEOs Make Hiring Mistakes

Every CEO that I've ever kind of interacted with has made hiring mistakes. And one of the most important things you learn as a CEO is, okay, I don't know what that position is. You end up hiring on dumb stuff like look and feel. Some people just interview well and others don't. So I think interviews are high signal to noise ratio so I take them with a huge grain of salt.
