The Differences Between FreeBSD and Linux for Encryption
Luria: We're investigating a specific set of bugs around encryption and helping other clients implement encryption. None of the encryption bug reports have come from FreeBSD, so we don't know what's causing that to be the case. Luria: If you are hitting one of these issues, definitely get in touch with us and we'd love to help figure it out. But if you're encrypting your data, then you are necessarily private about it, and less likely to give up all the information you need for the bug report.
