Ukrainian Grain Shipments Into the EU Are Undermining Farmers' Efforts
Ursula von Delayen sent a letter to the five Eastern European countries that were concerned about Ukrainian grain shipments into the EU. She offered a hundred million euros in financial aid basically to support farmers who feel they're being hard done by when shipments of cheap Ukrainian grains are undermining their own efforts. But she also set out these ideas that there could be some sort of technical measures to keep it from developing into a fully fledged core geopolitical crisis where there's protest.
