The Supreme Court's Decision to Regulate Mifferpriston
Judge Kajmerik ruled that the drug Mifferpriston, used in over 50% of abortions in the United States, should never have been regulated by the FDA. Among other things, the judge employed an obscure 19th century law to justify it. The political reaction from Democrats was immediate from the President and Vice President down. It's completely out of bounds with the judge, too.
