I know that like a company's culture can really make or break its people but I see it so much in mainstream jobs where managers try to manage people. When you give people empowerment to be the best version of themselves and they are kind of leading the charge of what they do when you're just there to help facilitate it's a game changer. To keep people happy you need to know what drives each person for different reasons. For some people it's not money for some people, it's title for some people It's working from home it's all of these different things. We have we can kind of cater to what works or attract the people that like our lifestyle yeah.
