I think sometimes we hold so much in being perfect, or being like what we see on social meti. Sometimes we don't even just appreciate ourselves for who exactly we are. So forgiving myself and loving myself unconditionally first is always number one. And then also finding others that love you without conditions. That's another thing. Finding that's a poor system that when you're not having a good day, if you need to cry,. Listening and understanding has really taken to another level. It wasn't always easy to trust people with my feelings. When you find these people that are able to love you without Conditions, it opens up a whole other realm of trust and love. Being happy
