There's a huge runway for almost everybody. Areas I think people can improve are energy focused mood sleep, gut health, obviously longevity is big right now fertility. We're seeing 20% increases in follicle numbers for women who are very egg-freezing and then, you know, muscle fat. My top one these days is stress management. There's tons of tools you can use to lower your stress levels and keep performance super high.
